PRIVACY POLICY

Your memories are personal.

Here’s how information is handled when you create, share, or visit a room.

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Information you provide

When you create or contribute to a room, we store the information you submit, such as names, occasions, photos, notes, drawings, links, and messages. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, and email address to create and manage your account. We do not receive your Google password.

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.

How information is used

We use this information to create and display rooms, save your contributions, manage access to your account, process purchases, respond to support requests, and troubleshoot or prevent misuse. Hosting services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request or error logs, to deliver and protect the service.

Who can see a room?

Shared rooms are accessible to anyone who has their link. Visitors can see the content made available in the room, including photos, names, and messages. Room links can be forwarded, and visitors can save or capture content they can view.

Rooms are not listed in a public directory, and we instruct search engines not to index room pages or uploaded media. This does not guarantee secrecy. Share links only with people you trust, and only upload content you have permission to share.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and authentication. Browser storage also keeps room editor keys and interaction settings so the site can remember your access and choices. Clearing this storage can remove access to an anonymous draft if it has not been saved to an account.

Service providers and payments

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and media storage. Google provides optional sign-in. Stripe processes payments; our application stores purchase references, payment status, and access entitlements rather than full payment card details. These providers process information needed to provide their services.

See the privacy information from Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe. Links placed in rooms may take you to other websites with their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Room content and account records are stored to keep rooms available and provide the service. Retention depends on the type of information and operational needs; some payment or security records may need to be retained after a deletion request.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email support@alittleroomforyou.com. We may ask you to verify your relationship to the account or content before acting on a request. You can also sign out and clear cookies or browser storage through your browser settings.

Changes and questions

We may update this page as the service changes and will revise the date above. For questions about privacy, contact support@alittleroomforyou.com.
